Small classes and individual attention are extremely important at Woodland. In order to build a strong foundation to achieve success in the future, strong study skills must be emphasized and learned. These skills are taught beginning in kindergarten and are refined in grades five through eight through the advisor program.
For children who need assistance with organizational skills or who are having difficulty in a subject area, teachers are always available for extra help. With our individualized attention to student needs and small class sizes, each student’s personal academic needs are addressed and handled in a way that allows the child to flourish in a nurturing learning environment.
